STYLE

Autocratic leadership is followed by HMT- MTL. This is also known as Authoritarian,

Directive or Homothetic style.

In this style according to my observation a manager centralized decision –making power in

him.

TOP – DOWN Approach where in the manager structures the complete work situation for his

employees and they follow.
