ABERGAVENNY JUNIOR FESTIVAL GENERAL INFORMATION You will be based eight person caravans at The Trecco Bay Holiday Park. The park will have a variety of onsite amenities such as an indoor pool, crazy golf and an adventure playground. This is an ideal location where your group will find plenty to occupy them in a safe environment while also enjoying playing in the Abergavenny Rugby Festival. FRIDAY 1ST MAY 2020 You will depart your club and travel to the holiday park. Once checked in you will then have the remainder of the day and night free to explore the park and use your leisure and entertainment passes.

SATURDAY 2ND MAY 2020 Today you will have the early morning at leisure when you will have time to take advantage of the parks on site amenities until you travel to your fixture:-

11.00 Hours – LEEDS RFC V Bridgend Athletic RFC

Once the after match festivities are complete you will return to your accommodation where you may wish to continue your celebrations when you may wish to enjoy some time on the beach before enjoying an evening meal and the onsite evening entertainment.

SUNDAY 3RD MAY 2020

You will depart the holiday park and travel to the tournament:-

10.30 Hours – ABERGAVENNY MINI FESTIVAL

You can expect to play as much rugby as is permitted at a festival under the WRU Pathway. As well as the Rugby the organisers go to great lengths to ensure everyone attending have a fantastic day and put on additional treats such as a marquee with fully stocked bar as well as live music into the evening!

MONDAY 4TH MAY 2020 Once you have checked out of the holiday park the day will free to spend at your leisure where a visit to Cardiff to enjoy a tour of the home of Welsh Rugby at the Principality Stadium is highly recommended. Those looking for something more adventurous may with so visit the Taff Valley Activity Centre where activities such as quad biking and archery can be enjoyed. Once you have competed any activities you chose to add to your itinerary you will continue your journey home.
