Proposal As a student from the college of Cheadle and Marple, I have been approached to make a promotion video to promote media studies. I have agreed to make a video and the video will be made and put on the website for other students to watch and see how the subject is presented. For example the video will contain interviews of the students saying how they feel about the subject, teacher and work, a quick interview of the teacher saying what the subject can teach you for the near future and it will also hold a recording of the class in play. It will show the fun of media studies, kind of work that’s asked to be done and finished products of other years’ work. Promoting the lesson I will be promoting I have researched other videos and watched the way they present the videos and make it interesting to help myself make a video that will bring in an audience. These videos have promotion techniques through the student s that do the subject. For example they will give an interview to a student about the subject and the student will respond with positive facts. This would make the viewer feel that the lesson will be fun and has many benefits. Here is a video of two students giving their opinions of how the teachers are and treat you in the college. They give positive opinions such as “you can have a laugh with them”, “it’s not like school where you are sometimes scared of the teacher” and “even if you have problems

Proposal

As a student from the college of Cheadle and Marple, I have been approached to make a promotion video to promote media studies. Promoting the lesson I will be promoting

I have researched other videos and watched the way they present the videos and make it interesting to help myself make a video that will bring in an audience.

They give positive opinions such as “you can have a laugh with them”, “it’s not like school where you are sometimes scared of the teacher” and “even if you have problems at home, you can talk to them”. This information comes from student make it sound more of a fact than from a teacher and also student would be able to relate to a student more than a teacher.

Also during my research I have noticed that they always show clips of the campus sometimes including students walking to lesson but mostly of how the college looks.

This screen shot is the type of image that they show of the college. I won’t be using this shot exactly but I will use similar ass I can take images out of the window to get an over shot. I feel this is a good technique to use as it gives an idea of what the college looks like and how big it is.

This will be a technique I will use as using a teacher helping a student in the subject promotes the teacher of the college as it show that they are there to help you understand and help you to do your best.I will be using this technique with the teachers that are based in creative media as I will have many shots of teachers talking to students helping them with work, explaining tasks and assignments to the class.
