President Frank McCrea founded Procom in November 1978. Over the 30 years that it has been in existence, Frank has guided the company towards the goal of being both ‘The Client and Consultant Agency of Choice’. Continuously improving and adapting Procom to meet the needs of our business partners has been a hallmark of Frank’s vision and is a characteristic that has remained central to Procom’s identity into the 21st century.

Frank is the co-founder and President of the Association of Professional Computer Consultants (APCC) and the National Association of Computer Consulting Businesses (NACCB) as well as an active lobbyist helping toshape current and future Federal and Provincial legislation. Over the last 30 years Frank has ensured that the interests of his industry and clients are well served and acted upon at all Government levels. He has also led the adoption of best practices for partners and competitors alike.

More recently, Frank assumed responsibility for Perram House, a Residential Hospice in the inner city GTA where he is Chairman of the Board. In parallel he also successfully established the McCrea Foundation in support of Canada's hospice community. The McCrea Foundation is a non-profit foundation with 100% of all donations going directly to non-profit organizations and institutions.
