SPECIAL CONDITIONS: (1) It is agreed by both the Buyer and Seller Bliefernicht Living Trust - that as part of this sale WisDOT will be purchasing a number of fixtures that were not appraised as part of the real estate. A list of those fixtures to be acquired by WisDOT is provided below. All other fixtures included in WisDOTs appraisal as prepared by Dennis Badtke are considered to be part of this sale and are included in the compensation as indicated above. - 1 Ritchie Water Fountain (18 x 28 x 26H located in the yard) - 1 J&D Exhaust Fan (48 located in the machine shed) - 7 Feed Bunks (8 located in Calf Barn 1) - 30 Feed Bunks (8 located in the yard)

(4) As part of this agreement, it is agreed by both the Buyer and Seller Daniel Bliefernicht that as part of this sale WisDOT will be purchasing the following fixture that was not appraised as part of the real estate. - 1 Water Tank (Plastic, 6 diameter x 8 height located in the dairy barn) - 1 Milking System (in milking parlor) - 1 Water Heater (in milking parlor) - 1 Sink (in milking parlor) - 1 Water Softener (in milking parlor) - 3 Exhaust Fans (in milking parlor) - 2 Fans (in milking parlor)
