PMPC Journey TimelineOur Journey from 2004 till 2015

2004We Born

Started foundry business with 1000 sq.mtr area, with 01 No cupola (Cap 4 MTPH) & with sodium silicate -CO2 sand

process.

2005

Switched over to 100% moulding & core making in No-Bake sand process, installed heat treatment furnace & continuous mixture (Cap 6 MTPH).

2007

Got ISO certification fromTUV Rheinland

2008

Added third continuous mixture with 6 MTPH capacity and sand reclamation plant with the capacity of 6 MTPH.

2010

Set up new unit with installed capacity of 200 MTPM. Total Capacity 415 MTPM.

(And started using casting Simulation software (2nd unit in the entire region having such facility) to upgrade the quality requirement. Installed Induction furnace with two crucible of size 3 MT each. First Charge was taken on 8th Dec 2011.)

2011

Set up Laboratory with Spectrometer, Micro scope and UTM, also started use of Magnet for raw material handling.

Also in 2012, we started Exports business in USA ,Russia and Europe (Germany & Italy).

2012

We started the trails of S G Iron (GGG) for domestic as well as for International customer’s.
