SUPERFICIES DE ESCRITURA

Como fabricantes, creemos que nuestro deber es ofrecer al consumidor el abanico más amplio posible, para que éste pue-da elegir en criterio a la necesidad que le pueda surgir, por ello en el catálogo que le presentamos, podrá elegir desde lo más básico, hasta pizarras con una garantía en la superficie de escritura de 25 años, siempre que se le dé a la misma el trato adecuado.

Habitualmente, caemos en el error de contemplar la garantía en años naturales, pero ello no es correcto, lo que debería garantizar son las horas de escritura sobre la misma, ya que lo que provoca el desgaste de la superficie, es el uso de la misma, bien sea por la tiza en las verdes, o la punta de los rotuladores en las blancas, y lo que le confiere mayor o menor duración, es la dureza de las superficies, que se traduce en resistencia a la abrasividad del medio de escritura.

Plácenos describirle a continuación las diferentes superficies de escritura, para que se pueda elegir la que sea más conve-niente para el usuario, al tiempo que unas recomendaciones de mantenimiento, para prolongar la vida útil de la pizarra ele-gida.

WRITING SURFACES

As manufacturers, we think is our duty to offer the consumer the widest range, so he can choose according to the needs that may arise. That´s why in the catalog we submit,you may choose from most basic to the boards with a writing surface guarantee of 25 years, always with a proper use.

We usually fall in the error of considering the guarantee in na-tural years, but it is not correct. What should be guaranteed would be the hours of writing, because what causes the wear of the surface is the use of itself, either the chalk in green-boards or the tip of the markers on the whiteboards.What gives more or less duration is the hardness of the surfa-ce, which means resistance to the abrasiveness of the medium of writing.

We are pleased to describe our different writing surfaces, which allows you to choose the more convenient; and at the same time some recommendations of maintenance in order to prolong the life of the chosen board.

PIZARRAS PARA ESCRIBIR CON TIZA

Superficie lacadaÉsta se obtiene de aplicar pintura, sobre una su-perficie de táblex, y nuestra recomendación de uso es para quién deba utilizarla de forma espo-rádica, unas pocas veces al día, por ejemplo el sector de la restauración, en la industria, o cual-quier otro que no tenga una necesidad de uso muy frecuente como es el escolar.

Su mantenimiento, es muy simple, basta para mantenerla completamente limpia, con pasarle un paño humedecido con agua para que el polvo de la tiza desaparezca completamente.

Superficie estratificadaÉsta se obtiene al aplicar sobre papel Kraft, resinas melamíni-cas de gran dureza, las cuales mediante un tratamiento de alta presión a elevada temperatura, cristalizan, con el resultado de una superficie de elevada resistencia. Nuestra recomendación de uso es para quién deba utilizarla de forma muy frecuente, y fue especialmente concebida para uso en escuelas, acade-mias, universidades, donde su servicio es de varias horas al día.

Su mantenimiento, es muy simple, cuando se desea que des-aparezca completamente el polvo de la tiza, basta con pasarle un paño humedecido con agua.

En nuestro catálogo, encontrará dos tipos de superficie con este acabado, uno mate antirreflectante, y otro con una su-perficie semi brillo, la cual podrá escoger dependiendo de la ubicación, la diferencia entre ambas, es el acabado de la superficie. La superficie semi brillo, al ser más lisa, permite un mejor borrado desde el primer día, ya que las aristas que apreciaríamos con un microscopio, son menos pronunciadas que en la mate. La pronunciación de dichas aristas, es lo que le confiere la particular antirreflexión, depositándose en ma-yor medida el polvo, por lo que se aconseja su limpieza una vez al día con un paño humedecido con agua.

Superficie de acero vitrificadoÉsta se obtiene mediante un proceso en continuo, vitrificando una lámina de acero a 800º C, con el resultado de una superfi-cie de muy alta resistencia, que permite además, por el hecho de ser metálica, poder utilizar imanes.

BOARDS TO WRITE WITH CHALK

Painted surface It is obtained by applying painting on a tablex sur-face and we recommend this one for sporadically uses, a few times a day, for example for catering sector, for industry or any other which the use is not as often as in the school.

Its maintenance is very simple, a wet cloth is enough to make disapper the dust chalkand keep the surface completely clean.

Stratified surface It is obtained by applying very hard melamine resins on the paper kraft which crystallize by a high pressure treatment; and the result is a high resistant surface.Our use recommendation is for those who must use it very often, and it was specially designed for the use in schools, academies, universities when its service is several hours a day.

Its maintenance is very simple, a wet cloth is enough to make disappear the dust chalk.

In our catalog, you will find two kind of surfaces with this finish; one anti-reflective matt and the other one with a semi- gloss surface, which may be chosen depending on the location. The difference between both, is the finish surface. Semi-gloss sur-face, as it is smoother, allows a better delete since the first day because edges which we may see with a microscope are less notable than in the matt surface.The characteristics of the edges are what confer the particular antireflection, depositing further dust, so it is recommended to clean with a wet cloth once a day.

Enamelled steel surface It is obtained by a continuos process vitrifying a steel sheet up to 800ºC with a result of a very high resistant surface which allows using magnets for the fact that it is metallic.

PIZARRAS PARA ESCRIBIR CON ROTULADORES

Quisiéramos, en primer lugar, remarcar que, para conseguir un excelente borrado en las mis-mas, lo más importante es elegir un rotulador adecuado, ya que desgraciadamente, en el mer-cado se comercializan rotuladores, que por la composición de los colorantes, dejan una trazo en la superficie al momento de borrar lo escrito.

Superficie melaminadaÉsta se obtiene al aplicar resinas melamínicas sobre papel ofset blanco, mediante un proceso de tratamiento térmico, y posteriormente aplicar este papel tratado a una superficie que puede ser aglomerado o MDF, según se quiera una superficie más o menos uniforme. Dentro de las resinas encontramos diferentes durezas, y puede ser aplicado sobre papel de di-ferentes gramajes, el resultado final será la longevidad de la superficie, y el tipo de aplicación al cual se destina, siendo su principal diferencial el precio final de la misma.

En nuestro catálogo encontrará la serie 800, para uso muy esporádico, por ejemplo oficinas, hoteles, o usuarios que re-quieran una pizarra para utilizarla sólo para eventuales reunio-nes, y la serie 11M, en la que las melaminas utilizadas son de mayor dureza, aún con el objetivo de uso poco frecuente.

BOARDS TO WRITE WITH MARKERS

First of all, we would like to note that to get an ex-cellent delete, the most important thing would be to choose a suitable marker, because unfortuna-tely, there are markers in the market which leave a trace in the surface in the moment of deleting due to the composition of the dyes.

Laminated surfaceIt is obtained by applying melamine resins on the offset white paper by a process of heat treatment;

and then applying this treated paper on a surface which may be agglomerate or MDF according to an area more or less uniform. Within the resins, there are different kind of hardness and they can be applied on paper of different weights. The final result will be the longevity of the surface and the type of appli-cation which is intended. The main difference will be the final price of it.

In our catalog you will find our Serie 800 for a very sporadic use; for example for offices, hotels or those users requiring a board to be used only for casual meetings. There is also our Serie 11M whose melamine are harder with the aim of an in-frequent use.

Its maintenance is very simple: when all traces previously written need to be deleted, any product designed for cleaning them can be used.

Stratified surface It is obtained by applying on kraft paper very hard melamine resin which crystallize by a treatment of high temperature with a result of a high resistant surface. Our use recommendation is for those who must use it very often and it was specially de-signed for school use, academies, universities where the use is several hours a day.


Painted steel surface It is obtained by applying a special lacquer on a steel surface which crystallize by a heat treatment, with a result of a me-dium-hard surface for an often use, which also allows using magnets.


Enamelled steel surface It is obtained by a continuous process, vitrifying a steel sheet up to 800C, with a result of a high resistant surface which allows using magnets for the fact that it is metallic.

The guarantee of the surface is reflected in each of the refe-rences.

RECOMENDACIONES

RECOMENDACIONES PARA EL MANTENIMIENTO DE LAS PIZARRAS BLANCASPara mantener la superficie de las pizarras blancas en un ex-celente estado, es necesario limpiar la superficie regularmen-te, si el rotulador es de buena calidad, una vez al día es sufi-ciente, aunque el uso sea intensivo, para ello se pueden utilizar los productos que existen en el mercado, desarrollados para tal fin, ya que los rotuladores siempre dejan una huella que con el tiempo provoca un deficiente borrado.

Es muy importante también, mantener el borrador lo más lim-pio posible, cambiando la superficie de borrado, cuando ésta, esté saturada del pigmento que absorbe al realizar su función.

RECOMENDACIONES PARA EL MANTENIMIENTO DE LAS PIZARRAS VERDESPara mantener la superficie de las pizarras verdes en un exce-lente estado, es necesario limpiar la superficie regularmente, una vez al día es suficiente, aunque el uso sea intensivo, para ello se puede utilizar simplemente un paño humedecido con agua, y la superficie quedará completamente limpia del polvo que deja la tiza al escribir.

Es muy importante también, mantener el borrador lo más lim-pio posible, cambiando o limpiando la superficie de borrado, cuando ésta esté saturada del polvo que absorbe al realizar su función.

NORMATIVASLas leyes vigentes, exigen que todos los artículos, cumplan con las normativas que correspondan, las cuales, normalmen-te son de ámbito Europeo, aunque cada país puede, siempre que sea más restrictivo, adecuarlas a sus exigencias.

Sólo un laboratorio homologado por la administración, puede certificar que los productos cumplen con la normativa vigente.

El consumidor igual que la administración, podrá requerir que se acredite dicha documentación.

En nuestro catálogo, encontrará indicada la norma, con la que está certificado el producto, en algunos casos, por la compleji-dad del mismo su certificación requiere de más de una norma, lo cual también se refleja.

RECOMMENDATIONS

MAINTENANCE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR WHITE BOARDSTo keep the board surface in an excellent condition, it is neces-sary to clean the surface regularly.If the marker is of a good quality, once a day will be enough also in case of intensive use. For this, products existing in the market developed for this purpose may be used because the markers always leave a trace that, with time, cause a deficient erase.

It is also very important in order to keep the board cleaning pads as clean as possible, to change the erase surface when it is saturated of the pigment which it is absorved when it makes its function.

Once a day will be enough also in case of intensive use. For this, a wet cloth may be used and the surface will be completely clean of the dust which re-manins when writing.

It is also very important to keep the board cleaning pads as clean as possible, changing or cleaning the erase surface when it is saturated of the dust which is absorved when it makes its function.

STANDARDSExisting laws require that all items find the standard that apply, which are usually European level although every country allows, where more restrictive, suit to its requirements.

Only a laboratory approved by the Administration may certify that products comply with current standards.

The consumer as well as the Administration, may require this documentation certifying that.
