Warm-upsEveryday before activity will be warm-ups.
Everyone will get a chance to lead the class.
Mostly basic activities you’re used to maybe a couple you’re not.
Then will finish with a bound-a-round which I’m sure you will love.
Running DaysThere are many different running activities.
You will learn to love them all.
Take advantage of these days to stay in shape!
Also will need to participate to receive full points for the day.

These lifts will help you become stronger than the opponent.
