Six-year/unlimited-mileage Corrosion Perforation Warranty. All warranties with zero deductible. See the LX Warranty and Services Guide at your Lexus dealer for details. 1. The Navigation System is designed to assist in locating an address or point of interest. XM Radio, XM NavTraffic, XM NavWeather and XM Sports and Stocks require a monthly service fee and hardware. XM NavTraffic is designed to provide real-time traffic or alternative routes of travel; XM NavWeather is designed to provide real-time weather and forecasting information in your general vicinity and along your route of travel. Discrepancies may be encountered between the system and your actual location. Road system and weather changes may affect the accuracy of the information provided. Rely on your common sense to decide whether to follow a specified route. Detailed coverage not available in every city or roadway. Periodic Navigation updates available at an additional cost. Please see your Navigation System Owner’s Manual for further details. 2. XM NavTraffic and XM NavWeather each require a separate XM subscription. XM Sports and Stocks is available with an XM Radio subscription. After a 90-day free trial, you must set up the appropriate XM subscription(s) to continue receiving these services. The XM NavTraffic, XM NavWeather and XM Sports and Stocks services are available in the contiguous United States and Canada. For details about the XM service coverage areas, visit www.xmradio.com or call the XM Listener Care Center at 1-877-515-3987. To receive XM NavTraffic, XM NavWeather and XM Sports and Stocks services, XM service must be activated. To activate the service, call the XM Listener Care Center. XM Radio is responsible for all XM fees and services, which are subject to change. 3. The Wide-view Front and Side Monitor does not provide a comprehensive view of the front and side areas of the vehicle. You should also look around outside your vehicle and use your mirrors to confirm clearance. Cold weather will limit effectiveness and view may become cloudy. 4. Mark Levinson is a registered trademark of Harman International Industries, Inc. 5. Headphones are for passenger use only. Do not use while operating vehicle. 6. The LX 570 is designed to meet most off-road driving requirements, but off-roading is inherently dangerous. Abusive use may result in bodily harm or vehicle damage. Lexus encourages responsible operation to protect you, your vehicle and the environment. Seatbelts should be worn at all times. 7. Contact with the Lexus Enform response center is dependent upon the telematics device being in operative condition, cellular connection availability and GPS satellite signal reception, which can limit the ability to reach the response center or receive support. Enrollment and Telematics Subscription Service Agreement required. One-year trial subscription available only with new vehicle purchases of Lexus Enform-equipped vehicles. A variety of subscription terms is available; charges vary by subscription term selected. 8. Lexus Enform premium services Destination Assist and eDestination will function in the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. These services may also function in Hawaii and limited areas of Alaska for vehicles that contain map data for those states. They will not function in Canada or in other countries outside the United States. 9. Safety Connect services will function in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, and in Canada. The services will not function elsewhere. 10. All the airbag (AB) systems are Supplemental Restraint Systems. All ABs (if installed) are designed to inflate only under certain conditions and in certain types of severe collisions: frontal and knee ABs typically inflate in frontal collisions; side and side curtain ABs in side collisions; Roll-Sensing Curtain ABs at a severe tilt degree, roll or lateral G-force. In all other accidents, the ABs will not inflate. To decrease the risk of injury from an inflating AB, always wear seatbelts, sit upright in the middle of the seat as far back as possible and do not lean against the door. Do not put objects in front of an AB or around the seatback. Do not use a rearward-facing child seat in any front passenger seat. The force of an inflating AB may cause serious injury or death. Please see your Owner’s Manual for further information/warnings. 11. The Pre-Collision System is designed to help reduce the crash speed and damage in certain frontal collisions only. It is not a collision-avoidance system and is not a substitute for safe and attentive driving. System effectiveness depends on many factors, such as speed, driver input and road conditions. Please see your Owner’s Manual for further information. 12. Brake Assist is designed to help the driver take full advantage of the benefits of ABS. It is not a substitute for safe driving practices. Braking effectiveness also depends on proper brake-system maintenance and tire and road conditions. 13. Before towing, confirm your vehicle and trailer are compatible, hooked up properly and that you have any necessary additional equipment. If gross trailer weight is above 5,000 lb (2,268 kg), it is necessary to use a weight-distributing hitch with sufficient capacity. Do not exceed any Weight Ratings and follow all instructions and cautions from your trailer-hitch manufacturer and vehicle Owner’s Manual. The maximum amount you can tow depends on the total weight of any cargo, occupants and available equipment. 14. Ratings achieved using the required premium unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 91 or higher. If premium fuel is not used, performance will decrease. 15. 20-in and 22-in performance tires are expected to experience greater tire wear than conventional tires. Tire life may be substantially less than 20,000 miles, depending on driving conditions. 16. F-Sport Performance Accessories are aftermarket parts and are not Genuine Lexus Parts and, therefore, may not be used in any application that requires the use of Genuine Lexus Parts. F-Sport Performance Accessories installed by dealer are warranted for 12 months from the date of installation or for the balance of the new-car warranty in force at the date of installation, whichever is greater, when installed by an authorized Lexus dealer. F-Sport Performance Accessories installed by anyone other than an authorized Lexus dealer are warranted for 12 months from the date of purchase only, and the warranty coverage is limited to the replacement value of the F-Sport Accessory. These warranties do not cover maintenance fees such as noise, vibration, cosmetic conditions and other deterioration caused by normal wear and tear. Part failure caused by improper installation by anyone other than an authorized Lexus dealer may void the F-Sport Accessory warranty, the new-vehicle warranty or both. F-Sport is a trademark of Toyota Motor Corporation. Products available through participating Lexus dealers. 17. Measurement of vehicle in AHC Normal setting. 18. Cargo and load capacity limited by weight and distribution. 19. Performance figures are for comparison only and were obtained with prototype vehicles by professional drivers using special safety equipment and procedures. Do not attempt. 20. 2010 EPA-estimated mileage. Actual mileage will vary. 21. TORSEN ® is a registered trademark of Zexel Torsen, Inc. 22. Vehicle Stability Control (VSC) is an electronic system designed to help the driver maintain vehicle control under adverse conditions. It is not a substitute for safe driving practices. Factors including speed, road conditions and driver steering input can all affect whether VSC will be effective in preventing a loss of control. Please see your Owner’s Manual for further details. 23. The SmartAccess system may interfere with some pacemakers or cardiac defibrillators. If you have one of these medical devices, please talk to your doctor to see if you should deactivate this system. 24. The engine immobilizer is a state-of-the-art anti-theft system. When you insert your key into the ignition switch or bring a SmartAccess fob into the vehicle, the key transmits an electronic code to the vehicle. The engine will only start if the code in the transponder chip inside the key or SmartAccess fob matches the code in the vehicle’s immobilizer. Because the transponder chip is embedded in the key or SmartAccess fob, it can be costly to replace. If you lose a key or SmartAccess fob, your Lexus dealer can help. Alternatively, you can find a qualified independent locksmith to perform high-security key services by consulting your local Yellow Pages or by contacting www.aloa.org. 25. Roof rack is not recommended for luggage. 26. Roof rack capacity is 130 lb. Please see your Owner’s Manual for details. 27. Coverage only available in the continental U.S. Please see your local Lexus dealer for details on our Enhanced Roadside Assistance program. 28. Cold weather will limit effectiveness and view may become cloudy. 29. The Bluetooth technology phones listed on lexus.com have been tested for compatibility with Lexus vehicles. Performance will vary based on phone software version, coverage and your wireless carrier. Phones are warranted by their manufacturer, not Lexus. 30. Functioning XM Radio requires a monthly service fee. Please see your Lexus dealer for further details. Reception of the satellite signal may vary depending on location. All fees and programming subject to change. Subscriptions subject to the terms and conditions available at www.xmradio.com. Available only in the 48 contiguous United States. 31. iPod is a registered trademark of Apple Inc. All rights reserved. 32. Bluetooth audio device must be enabled with A2DP and AVRCP. 33. HAC is designed to help minimize backward rolling on steep ascents. It is not a substitute for safe driving judgment and practices. Factors including speed, grade, surface conditions and driver input can all affect whether HAC will be effective in preventing a loss of control. Please see your Owner’s Manual for further details. 34. The Tire Pressure Monitor alerts the driver when tire pressure is critically low. For optimal tire wear and performance, tire pressure should be checked regularly with a gauge; do not rely solely on the monitor system. Please see your Owner’s Manual for details. 35. Active headrests can help reduce the extent of whiplash in certain types of rear-end collisions. 36. Continuous average power, all channels driven, at less than 0.1% THD; 20–20,000 Hz. 37. Dynamic Radar Cruise Control is designed to assist the driver and is not a substitute for safe and attentive driving practices. CRAWL CONTROL 6

Working somewhat like the off-road equivalent of cruise control, this intelligent system can automatically maintain a low and steady speed while traveling up, down and over rugged terrain. All without you touching the accelerator or brake pedal. Leaving you free to concentrate on another important task—steering the LX. For a demonstration, please visit lexus.com/lx/crawlcontrol.

MARK LEVINSON ®4

Car audio shouldn’t sound like car audio. With 19 thoughtfully placed speakers and 7.1-channel architecture, the available Mark Levinson Reference Surround Sound Audio System4 provides so much clarity, you can actually sense where each instrument is on the virtual stage. WIDE-VIEW FRONT AND SIDE MONITOR 3

You can’t avoid what you can’t see. That’s why we created the available Wide-view Front and Side

For more information, please visit lexus.com/lx/enform.

AVAILABLE PRE-COLLISION SYSTEM 11

This system utilizes a front-mounted millimeter-wave radar sensor to help detect when a collision appears imminent. It

then responds accordingly by preemptively retracting the front seatbelts and preparing Brake Assist12 to help provide

faster and more efficient braking.

MULTI-TERRAIN ABS

You can tell the difference between ice and gravel, but can your vehicle? The Multi-terrain Anti-lock Braking System is designed to constantly monitor the road’s surface and adjust itself accordingly, helping to ensure the ideal braking strategy for each driving situation.
