PROCESS OF ELIGIBILITY

Counselor collects the data following the guidelines.

Students will be notified by letter about scores in English and Math placement. You will need to verify with Yes or No about your students’ participation in regular or pre-honors courses.

In order for the change to take place on the request, the student will have to turn in the verification letter to the counselor.

Students will have an advisement session about their scores should they have any questions about the guidelines.

Once the course begins, students are to remain in the Pre-Honors class the entire year. An opt out is a last resort if student fails the course.
