Logging In

Description

1 Go to www.aah.co.uk. Enter your username and password in the required fields and select ‘Submit’.

You will then be taken through to the ‘My AAH’ web portal where you will see the AAH Point dashboard in the centre of the screen. Clicking an icon on this dashboard will take you through to AAH Point.

Product Search

Description

To obtain stock availability information, click on the Ordering tab within the top menu and then select Product Search from the sub menu. Alternatively you can select this item from the dashboard.

Product Search

Description

The below screen will be displayed.

In the search box type in a partial product description and click search. A list of matching products will be displayed.

Note: Alternatively you can search for a product by selecting the Description, Link Code, EAN code or PIP code.

The left hand column contains information about the product indicated by both colour coding and symbols.

The key for this column can be displayed by clicking on the word “Key” at the top of the first column. The key information is displayed below.

Note: Further product searches can be carried out by typing another product description in the key word box and clicking search. Alternatively you can select product search again from the top menu.

Description

Within the Ordering section in the top menu, click on ‘My Favourites’ option in the sub-menu, or select from the dashboard.

Description

By selecting this option it displays a list of all products that you have added to your favourites.

From this page you can add items to your basket without having to perform a new product search.

If you wish to change the quantity of an item, type in the quantity and click ‘update quantity’.1

Description

Within the Ordering section in the top menu, click on ‘Favourite purchases’ option in the sub-menu, or select from the dashboard.

This displays the top 100 OTC products that you have purchased.

Description

Within the ordering section in the top menu, click on ‘Recent Orders’ item from the sub menu, or select this item from the dashboard.

This displays all the delivery notes for your branch.

By selecting a particular Delivery Note Number link it will display the order.

This option displays a list of all products that are ‘To Follow’, you can only view this list, and if you need to delete a product from the list you will need to contact the Branch.

How to set up a delivery in advance.

The below screen will appear.

Click the red shopping basket icon in the middle of the page.

A list of available days (from today’s date) are shown. Select a day BEFORE you want the order to be sent to the branch.

Fill in a name for the basket and any reference you wish for your paperwork. (This must be written in CAPITAL LETTERS).

Then click the create basket button.

A confirmation will appear that your named basket has been created. Click OK.

Your new basket will then appear in the list.

To add items into your basket click ‘Add Products’ next to your named basket.

To get back to the basket, click Ordering, Shopping Baskets, and then click on the name of the basket.

Look at the Next Collection time in red at the top left, this is the date and time that the order will be ‘swept’ from here into your local branch system.

You can at any time click the Send this order now button at the top right of the order.

If you have an order number to enter type it in the Order Number box, and ensure you click the Update Details button to save the order number.
