Technical Training – 5 daysThe technical training is dedicated to Users, Integrators and Partners who want to develop new modules.

Some basic development knowledge is required. The technical training is a unique opportunity for anyone, who wants to develop and customize his own modules!

• Audience:This course is dedicated to partners, integrators and developers who need to grasp knowledge of the OpenERP development process. This course is for new developers or for IT professionals eager to learn more about the OpenERP technical aspects.

• Duration : 5 days

• Objectives : Having attended this course, participants should be able to:

Understand the development concepts and architecture Install and administer OpenERP Develop a new OpenERP module The purpose of this course is to master the technical part of OpenERP Install OpenERP Using existing modules Install modules Administrate OpenERP Adapt existing modules Manage objects, Views, Workflows, Wizards, Reports Interface with other programs

• Requirements : Participants are expected to have a basic knowledge of the Python programming language and an Integrated Development Environment such as Eclipse. Participants preferably have a functional knowledge of the OpenERP software (see Functional Training).

• Dates: June 11th until June 15th 8 am – 6pm • Location : Calle Montevideo nº2 local 7 , Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, 35007 • Gran Canaria: Gran Canaria is one of the seven Canary Islands, Spain. It is a great location to

organize meetings and events, it is well communicated with many European cities, with modern infrastructures, attractive landscape and probably on of the best weather´s in the World ( 24ºC average Temperature).

• Transportation : The Airport of Gran Canaria has connections with all main European Airport. It is only 20 minutes away from the event hall. Free pickups from the airport will be available for all participants with prior reservation. Pick up confirmations should be sent to [email protected] .

• Accommodations: A special fee for accommodations at a nearby Hotel in the city of Las Palmas, has been arranged at Hotel Astoria ( www.bullhotels.com/astoria). The Hotel will maintain the special fee for the weekend for participants that would like to stay longer with us. Group Fee including full board 45€/day.

• Certification : All participants will receive a certification of the technical Training by OpenErp Belgium.

• Costs: Unfortunately, we have to share the costs of the organization of this event. The promoter interest is only to cover
