WHEREAS, the Oneida Tribe wishes to make improvements on said parcels:

WHEREAS, said improvements will benefit both Lois Metoxen and the Oneida Tribe;

WHmEAS, said.parcels have been assessed inappropriately for tax purposes, andthUF money may be owed to Lois Metoxen by Outag~e County;
