One More Defamation Attempt Against Dr. Rajan Mahtani Busted- 2015

The Ventriglia family through their funded portal, Zambia Reports have published that Dr. Rajan Mahtani had attempted to bribe a Government Official with US $ 1 Million in return for his passport.

The publication was made shortly after it was aired that Dr. Mahtani had filed an application with the Lusaka High Court against the DPP.

The filed application also included the name of Inspector General of Police under cause 2015/HP/1093.

An appeal is being made with respect to the present case where the passport of Dr. Rajan Mahtani was illegally held by the police.

This violates Article 12 and 22 of the Constitution of Zambia.

With the level of desperation crossing limits, Zambia Reports went on to the extent of claiming that the Medical Reports of Dr. Rajan Mahtani was fake.

After having won a judicial review, it appears that the Ventriglia family and other conspirators are trying their level best to create a fresh conspiracy whereby they can stop Dr. Mahtani from getting back the Zambezi Portland Cement Factory for Finsbury Investments.
