The founders of GMV, Sardar Avtar Singh and Mr.Jaideep Singh have been in business in Bhopal since 1957, in activities

such as petrochemical dealership and mining. They first ventured into construction in 1989, where it undertook a plotting

project by the name of Indraprasth, along with Parivesh Housing Society. In 2000 the company established itself as Global

Megaventures Pvt. Ltd.(GMV), independently worked on its first major project Suncity, on the Airport Road, a residential

township of 102 duplexes. After Suncity, GMV developed Hamilton Court, a township of premium bungalows on a hillock,

under MahavirGiri, with panoramic views of the Upper Lake and Inner Court, well-designed luxury apartments with high

standard amenities.

In 2005, GMV started the landmark project of Park City, which spans over an area of 36 acres and is known for its

exceptional layout and well-designed homes.
