The system is made up by only two elements:
-The bow- or stern-segment, gliding on the water, damping the wavesand guiding the oil layer to the moonpool inlet.
- The nucleus of the MARITIME-SOS-SYSTEM, the moon pool.+ A prefabrcated functional block, completely piped, wired and tested.
Delivered ready for installation or retrofit. The length of the moon poolblock will be indentical for all MARITIME-SOS-SYSTEMS, the width istailored to the beam and structural enviroment of the respective ship.

The Maritime Multi Roler MMR 700 is an oil spill fighting
and external fire-fighting ship with an emergency towing
capability developed for a range of general tasks for the
offshore industry. The new bow form of the vessel allows
for high maneuverability and reduces the ship resistance
(fuel consumption!) by adjusting of the fin position. For the
oil spill fighting is the innovative and unmatched efficient
SOS (Sea state independent oil skimming system) integrated
in the vehicle. It could be elected Fi-Fi I or Fi-Fi II for fire
fighting. The vessel is able to hold any preselected position
by using DP I or DP II.
