3 Metre Metocean buoys are built of aluminum to better withstand the severe environmental conditions seen at the deployment site.

Rechargeable batteries and solar panels ensure the buoys are completely self-sustaining.

Designed to facilitate onboard service and maintenance.

The superstructure and stability of the hull allow a small vessel to be used for maintenance tasks without having to recover the buoy.

WebViewTM is an interactive web application that allows Petrobras to view the environmental data collected by their 3m buoys anywhere, anytime.
