Tips about combining

Prior™ and Forma™ tiles

• Performance :

Prior™ works great as primary barrier for solid particles – followed by

Forma™ for absorbtion ,

If mat well is too small – propose 11mm thickness surface mounted

after the mat well – and/or a rental mat / or Atrium Plus™.

• Installation :

Prior™ tiles are easier to cut than Forma™ tiles.

• Aesthetics :

Edging Forma™ with Prior™ creates a frame around the installation

• Price :

Using Prior™ tiles helps reducing total price of the installation – or

increase margin !




In case of an installation with Prior™16 or Forma™16 tiles in open construction

it is recommended to section the installation in areas of about 1 m²

in order to facilitate handling of the mat during maintenance




In case of circular or semi-circular shaped installation

Forma™ tiles can be cut through the textile inserts.

This does not alter product performance.




Prior™ and Forma™ tiles can be surface mounted

on the existing floors

and secured with a profile system suitable for

foot traffic and access for handicapped people.

Maintenance

• Maintenance of Prior™

Prior™ tiles are easy to clean with

a high pressure water jet.

• Maintenance of Forma™ & Textile matting

Daily vacuum cleaning is recommended – by help of arotary brush vacuum cleaner.

Periodic cleaning by injection/extraction method.Water temperature should not exceed 50°C

Millicare™ dry cleaning method is adapted to textilematting maintenance (Atrium Plus™)

Please refer to our Maintenance Guidelines.



Product Warranty

All products from the Milliken Obex offering have a 1 year warranty against

manufacturing defects.

5 Year wear Guarantee :

– applies to Prior™ / Forma™ and Atrium Plus™

– Tested to equivalent of 7.5 million footfalls

– 4100 people per day per door – 7 days a week

Providing that installation and maintenance have been done according to

Milliken recommendations.
