Incorporate CCTV into Your Digital SignageMany schools use closed circuit television to broadcast sporting events and school events. Why let that footage go to waste when it can easily be transmitted onto the digital signage throughout the site? By taking the live video from the network, the CCTV morning announcements will be displayed on all of the digital signage. Play the real time footage of the PTA meetings, prom walks, track meets and more!

Digital signage technology is advanced enough to feed campaigns into desired schedules and locations. Content that is location specific not only makes sense, but is also using content management in its most effective form. No need to waste campaign time on the café prices in the library, or school play communications in the gymnasium.

Location, Location, Location: The Perks of Situational Content

Approve ContentAn entire school district can choose to use the same software and account for their digital signage. Administrator hierarchy can control what schools can use certain content, since some high school content may be unfit for grade school signage. Allow broadcasting club students to upload and approve content before it ever goes live with approval applications.

Make Money Marketing Instead of waiting once a year to advertise local businesses in the school’s yearbook, promote their marketing on your digital signage all year long. It’s an effective way to receive revenue for the school while still supporting the community, and businesses will have more exposure than an overlooked black and white three inch print ad.
