Our experienced guides and curators will greet the group on

arrival at London Heathrow Airport. It’s a short transfer into

central London and to your hotel in the heart of Mayfair.

Check in will be operated from a private hospitality suite with

our guides on hand to help with any questions or queries.

Assuming that you have an early check-in arranged guests can

retire to their rooms to freshen up after the long flights.

We will be able to provide guests with a local information

guide for their afternoon at leisure – maybe taking a visit to

the Asprey store as pictured here. We could also provide some

set-time departures for a local walking tour with our guides.

This will provide guests with flexibility without having to

commit to anything in advance, as guests may not be able to

predict how they will feel after traveling for so long.

Relaxed reception at the Hotel this evening with our guides on

hand to take care of any questions or queries regarding the

activities for the following day.

Dine Around

After freshening up at the hotel guests will depart in groups to

a variety of restaurants. These will be a range of styles and

locations based on what shows people will be attending later

in the evening. These pre-theatre dinners tend to be early

available before the evening shows begin. Depart for your

show by vehicle, on foot, or by coach depending on your

location.

West End Theatre, Globe Theatre or Royal Opera House

You’ll have a great selection of shows to choose from in the

Details of all the available shows for 2014 will be released

later this year and in early 2014. Return to the hotel at the end

of the evening by coach or on foot depending on your location.
