April 23 – 25, 2015 at Bombay Exhibition

Centre, Mumbai. This exhibition is being

organized jointly by Indian Dairy Association

(West Zone) and Koelnmesse YATradefair Pvt.

Ltd., an Indian subsidiary of Koelnmesse GmbH,

the organizers of Anuga and Anuga FoodTec

trade fairs in Germany.

The exhibition will bring together the complete

solutions to the dairy industry through the

display of latest technological developments in

milk processing, packaging and distribution,

milk products and other ancillary services from

India and abroad.

Combined with the global competence of

Koelnmesse in food and dairy sector along with

experience and expertise of Indian Dairy

Association (West Zone), IIDE promises to

become the most important trade fair for the

dairy sector in the Indian sub­continent.

The concurrent Dairy Seminar with the theme

“New Technologies for Milk Processing” is

expected to have sessions addressed by the

leading dairy technology suppliers and leading

dairy product manufacturers

The milk processing

plants in India handled

only one third of the total

milk produced during

2013­14. This left 268

million ltrs. milk per day

in the unorganized sector.

However, to increase the

share of the organized

s e c t o r , n e w m i l k

processing plants with latest

processing technologies,

packaging and distribution

systems will have to be

created. The new technologies

will have to majorly address

energy efficiency, environment friendliness, loss

prevention, product traceability and of course

overall value addition.

Indian Dairy Association (West Zone) and

Koelnmesse YA Tradefair Pvt. Ltd. are jointly

organizing IIDE 2015, Second Edition of “India

International Dairy Expo”, an exhibition of dairy

farming, processing, packaging, distribution and

products from April 23 – 25, 2015 in Mumbai.

Concurrent to the IIDE 2015, IDA (WZ) is also

organizing a National Seminar on “New

Technologies for Milk Processing” on April

23–24, 2015.

the degrees of temperature required for the

storage of particular types of products. The

second considerable cost is the cost of running

the store (the colder it needs to be, the more

costly). In order to optimize the operation costs,

the Volume V/S Space equation needs to be

balanced in a scientific manner. This balanced

can be achieved to its best with the help of an

ideal storage solution specially designed by SSI

optimum cold store performance becomes one

Mobile Racking System from SSI Schaefer is an

ideal storage solution for more space on less

surface area. With the installation of Mobile

Racking, 80% of the warehouse floor space is

utilized, having maximum 2 aisles: Picking Aisle

and Cross Aisle. SSI Schaefer mobile racking

system can be controlled with the Remote

Control. By pressing a button on the remote

control unit, any aisle can be opened by choosing

the corresponding radio frequency. At the same
