In PowerPoint if you go to the insert tab under images you can insert a screenshot.

TRANSITIONS

Under the transition slide in PowerPoint you can now choose from new transitions.

In powerpoint you can quickly gain access to common tasks related to managing files, such as viewing document properties, setting permissions and opening, saving,

printing and sharing your presentations. Go to file and then info.

MANAGING FILES

In PowerPoint you can add bookmarks to indicate time points of interest in a video or audio clip. You can use

bookmarks as a way to trigger animations or to jump to a specific location in a video. Select the video on the slide,

under video tools on the playback tab in the editing group, click trim video.

TRIM AUDIO/VIDEO CLIP

In PowerPoint under the animations tab you can choose from a variation of new animations.

ANIMATIONS

In powerpoint under the slide show tab there is a button to Broadcast your slide show, then click on start broadcast.

BROADCAST SLIDE SHOW

In powerpoint under the view tab, you have the option of having a color scale, a grayscale or a black and white scale.

COLOR/GRAYSCALE

Has been updated with new colorful art effects. You can find this is Powerpoint and Word under insert and click on

word art.

ENHANCED WORD ART

In powerpoint, start from the beginning of your slide show, hold down the Ctrl and the left mouse button.
