The first aim is to provide opportunities for academicians, research scholars, scientists, technocrats and professionals from across the globe to share their research through the conference podium. The second aim is to provide opportunities for academicians, research scholars, scientists, technocrats and professionals to receive informal in-depth feedback through discussions and to enable them to establish contact with professionals in other countries and institutions. Even in an increasingly networked world of internet and satellite conferences, there is no substitute for personal interactionwhat Edward R. Murrow calls "the last three feet of communication." It is individuals, not data streams, who must ultimately build the connections that in turn create lasting international research partnerships. The conference will make efforts to harness the expertise of current engineers and researchers. The authors are requested to send original contribution of ongoing research and unpublished research work. Soft copy (MS-Word) of full paper is required to be submitted (Times New Roman, 11 font size) as per IEEE style 2 column format. The full papers have to be uploaded only through paper submission facility on the website. If uploading the full paper is troublesome to the authors, they may also send the same to email address: [email protected]Title authors, affiliations, addresses and email of the authors must be included. Authors will be notified about acceptance/revision of the paper in time. Accepted paper will be scheduled for presentation at the conference and will be published in ISBN Book. About the Institute
Panipat
Places of Interest
According to the legend, Panipat was one of the five cities (prasthas) founded by the Pandava brothers during the times of the Mahabharata; its historic name being Panduprastha. Panipat was the scene of three pivotal battles in the Indian history. Panipat is situated on Shershah Suri Marg (now known as G.T. road or NH-1), 90 KM north of Delhi. The newly constructed flyover across the NH-1 completed in the year 2008 is one of the longest flyovers in India
The main places of attraction are "Panipat Battles Museum", Hemu 'Samadhi-sthal' and camp site of Babur and Akbar at village Sodhapur, the grave of Ibrahim Lodhi, Kabuli Bagh, Devi Mandir, Kala Amb, Salar Gunj Gate and the tomb of the thirteenth century sufi saint Bu Ali Shah Qalandar.

N.C. College of Engineering, Israna (Panipat) is a premier self-financing group of educational institutions in the State of Haryana. It was established in the year 1998 in the memory of Late Lala Nemi Chand Ji, a freedom fighter and social reformist. The institute offers B.Tech., M.Tech., BBA, MBA and Doctoral Programmes. The primary aim of our technical campus is to maintain high standards of technological and management education to equip the youth of the nation to achieve the goals of the great visionaries of the country. It is the first institute under Kurukshetra University to get the Autonomous status in 2008 and the institute has been declared a Centre of Excellence in Technical Education and conferred complete autonomy by the State Government. N.C. College of Engineering is the only private college in Haryana selected by Government of India for the World Bank Project grant of Rs. 4 Crores under TEQIP (Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme). The College is situated near Israna on National Highway No.71-A (Panipat-Rohtak Road) about 14 Km. from Panipat.
