You can have separate currency setup for your Magento and Microsoft Dynamics NAV. So whenever any order is synchronized in any way (from Magento eCommerce to Dynamics NAV or from Dynamics NAVto Magento eCommerce) the currency will automatically be converted into the set currency of that platform. Shipping Method, Shipping Charges calculated in the Magento web store will automatically be reflected in Microsoft Dynamics NAV Sales Order. Even the online payment information (transaction ID) will appear in Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Tax calculated in the web as per tax setup, will synchronize to Microsoft Dynamics NAV and reflected in Sales Order.

Web customer will get the most updated product details in the e-commerce web store. Order Details, Order status, Shipment Tracking Number can be controlled from Microsoft Dynamics NAV and all this information is available for the web customer in the Magento storefront. So this provides a transparency to the web customer.
