Analyzing draft shipping document to ensure that documents must be according to

the requirement of Saudi Customs and then confirm to the vendor accordingly.

Responsible to negotiate terms and condition with custom brokers while making

Managing all aspects of air and sea freight shipments with the forwarders and

negotiating rates with shipping lines, airlines and transporters to secure the best

deals within prescribed delivery time lines.

Monitoring all import clearance activities, analyzing critical issue & provide solution

with best scenario.

Managing critical shipment issue hold by the “SFDA”

Directing and monitoring movement of containers after clearance of the shipment

for timely delivery & cost saving.

Interacting & negotiate storing and transportation charges with storage companies

like “K.T.S., Muhaidib Land Transport Co., IACC & Medscan”

To Ease the work for our logistic team, developed “Shipment Tracking Module”

based on “MS Access” which provide complete report of the Purchase order from

beginning till delivery to the warehouse.

Assist ERP team for the implementation of ERP system MS Dynamics AX09.

Responsible to create new Item/Vendor creation in item master AX.
