I can’t…!Unconsciously, I’m not entirely committed in order to achieve the targeted situation…!

I have negative reactions…!

WHY?!

•  These emotional reactions are the representation of the change resistance, which is a normal step of the change acceptance process.!

•  Resisting to the change is a mean to adapt ourselves to this change before finally accepting it.!•  Our capability to accept it depends on our level of energy or motivation and not on our will… The

management line has the power to accelerate the change acceptance with a motivating management of the change.!
