MY EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY

BLACKBOARD

Blackboard is my first educational technology. When I was in kindergarten my teacher writes her lesson on the blackboard.

CHALK

My teacher let us write on the blackboard with the use of chalk. I love different colors of chalk.

PENCILS AND BALLPENS

Pencils and ballpens are my writing mate. I remember my mother got mad when she saw me writing in the wall of our house.

PAPER

I learned writing my name in paper. I also use to draw in it.

NOTEBOOKS

I used to write our lessons in our notebook. Before the school year start, I always cover it with plastic so that it would last till the end of school year.

CHARTS

When I was in kindergarten, our room is filled with charts. They we’re colorful and I love reading them.

BOOKS

I love reading books. I used to read books ever since I was a child. I love reading stories.

FLASHCARDS

My teacher uses flashcards when I was in elementary. She has flashcards for letters, words and mathematical operations. We also play games using it.

CLOCK

I learn time telling using an improvised clock. Our teacher sets the hand of the clock , then we have to tell what time is that.

PUPPET

There was a time when our teacher uses puppet during our story telling time. Story makes more interesting when puppet is use.

GLOBE

In our HEKASI subject , my teacher used globe in teaching the location of the different countries in the world.

MOCK-UP

In our biology subject my teacher uses mock-up in teaching the human system.

MICROSCOPE

We use microscope during our science subject. In our laboratory time , our teacher let us magnify the skin of an onion and see how its cell look like.

RADIO/CASSETTE

When I was in high school we always use radio during our PE subjects, especially in dancing and exercising . Its more fun exercising when combined with music.

TELEVISION

When I was in elementary we used television when watching educational programs.

CALCULATOR

It’s more easy to compute big values when using calculator.

COMPUTER

It was in my high school days when I first use a computer. Our teacher teaches us the parts of the computer and we do typing exercises.

COMPUTER AND PROJECTOR

Now, in my college days, our teachers uses computer and projector during our class discussion. We also uses it during class reporting.
