MVMB v. Gray - Def's Sur-Reply to Petitioner's Reply... Motion in Limine

After a February 15, 2011, hearing in Clinton County Circuit Court, Petitioner requested the opportunity to write a reply to Defendants' Response to its Motion in Limine to Restrict Evidence and Deny a Jury Trial. The Judge granted that request and also gave Defendants the opportunity to write this Sur-reply.
