Music Therapy Internship Program A music therapy internship with Village Hospice provides a unique experience for music therapy students desiring an opportunity to work with hospice patients and their families during the end of life. At the heart of Village Hospice’s services is our belief that each person deserves to live each day to its fullest and that each patient and family deserves to be fully informed and supported. Our dedicated caregivers are deeply devoted to caring for patients with life-limiting illnesses, and their families, with dignity, compassion and grace. Our lives are richer because of those we serve. Village Hospice has offered music therapy for more than 10 years, developing a highly effective program that is an important part of the interdisciplinary hospice team. Our goal is to provide music therapy that will reach our patients spiritually, socially and psychosocially, and bring them great peace and joy.
