The diesel engines and drive systems we supply are used for ships, heavy land and rail vehicles, industrial

applications and decentralized power generation plants - and cover diesel engines from 20kW to 9000kW and gas

turbines.

Petrovietnam has been building many thermo-electricity plants (gas, coal-powered), and hydro-electricity plants.

I. Plants in operation:

1. Ca Mau electricity plant No.1

+ Investor: Petrovietnam (100%)

+ Capacity: 750 MW

+ Total investment: nearly 400 million USD

+ Operation: May 2007

2. Ca Mau electricity plant No.2

+ Investor: Petrovietnam (100%)

+ Capacity: 750 MW

+ Total investment: nearly 400 million USD

+ Operation: March 2008

3. Nhon Trach electricity plant No.1N

+ Investor: Petrovietnam (100%)

+ Capacity: 450 MW

+ Total investment: over 6000 billion VND

+ Operation of generator module No.1: June 30th 2008, generator module No.2: August 26th 2008. Full

completion: April 22nd 2009; Opening on August 23rd 2009.

II. Plants being built:

Nhon Trach electricity plant No.2: capacity 750MW (its investment procedure completed, EPC contractor selected

and construction started).
