Pneumatic drivesPneumatic drives are intended for use as part ofmulti-spindle assembly systems for assembly anddisassembly of threaded joints and can be applied aspart of other production machinery.High efficiency and reliability, simplicity and ease ofmaintenance make them indispensable for mass andlarge-scale production.A wide range of standard sizes, reversing option anduse of spring-actuated attachments allow to address agreat number of challenges related to simultaneoustightening (unscrewing) of several threaded joints at atime.Special configurations of pneumatic drives withspecial reduction gears allow to simultaneously wrenchclosely spaced threaded joints.A drive configuration with a strain-gage transducerallows to control a tightening torque and shutdown basedon a set tightening torque.Torque range: 3 to 340 NmUse of special planetary reduction gears allows to increase the torque up to 1500 Nm.

MULTI-SPINDLE ASSEMBLY SYSTEMSKAMAZ Repair and tooling plant designs andmanufactures a wide range of multi-spindle assembly systems.This is a high-production power-driven hand tool intended forscrewing and unscrewing of cluster threaded joints in theassembly production of automotive and other industries.The configuration of assembly systems may differdepending on the required connection accuracy: withoutshutdown, with mechanical shutdown or with a tighteningtorque electronic control system.Pneumatic drives of multi-spindle assembly systemsensure the assembly and disassembly of threaded joints with awide range of tightening torques from 3 Nm to 1500 Nm.Multi-spindle assembly systems produced by the Repairand tooling plant are characterized by reliability and durability.A multi-spindle tool designed in accordance with thecustomer requirements is widely used not only by KAMAZplants, but also by such large machine manufacturers ofRussia and CIS countries as GAZ, UAZ, AVTOVAZ, YaMZ, TDDizel-МТS, ChTZ, MAZ, etc.

STRAIGHT SCREWDRIVERSStraight screwdrivers are intended forassembly and disassembly of smallthreaded joints.Reversing option and small weight ensuretheir ease of operation.A vacuum screw gripper on a K-MG110R/K-12E1ACC screwdriver makes ascrew manual engagement unnecessary.Straight screwdrivers are safe in operationfrom a vibration point of view.Torque range: 0,8 to 6,2 Nm.

AIR BLOW GUNAir blow gun is intended for removing metalchips, dust and mud from 6 to 40 mm blind holesand other hard-to-reach places of the box-shaped workpieces.PNEUMATIC STAPLER GUNPneumatic stapler gun 16-7859-4000 is intendedfor vehicle cab facing, furniture lining, etc.

GrindersGrinders are intended for performing differentgrinding, polishing operations and trimming offerrous and nonferrous metal parts. BALANCERSBalancers are intended for hanging different tools onthe working station.They are compact and serviceable. Due to cablelength and spring tension adjustment, balancers canbe used together with any production equipment.The built-in locking system prevents a balancerfalling in case of its spiral spring breakdown.Load capacity: up to 90 kg.IMPACT WRENCHESImpact wrenches are intended for assembly anddisassembly of threaded joints.Lack of reaction torque, quick tightening, smallweight and overall dimensions, reversing andtightening torque adjustment option ensure a wideuse of impact wrenches.Torque range: 8 to 1450 Nm.

PISTOL-GRIP NUT RUNNERSPistol-grip nut runners are intended for assembly anddisassembly of small threaded joints.Small weight, reversing option, convenient grips ensurethe use of pistol-grip nut runners in mass and large-scaleproduction.A nut runner shutdown when a set tightening torque isreached, which is achieved thanks to a built-in torque-limiting clutch, ensures a high tightening accuracy andimproves a tool efficiency.Torque range: 1,6 to 14 Nm.RATCHET NUT RUNNERSRatchet nut runners are intended for assembly anddisassembly of pipeline fittings, as well as threaded jointsin hard-to-reach places.The direction of the nut runner rotation is changedthrough the turn of the nut runner around its long axis by180 degrees.Nut runners can have two designs: with open shed andclosed shed.Torque range: 13,6 to 250 Nm.
