INTRODUCTIONAbsract-

university information and take admissions,using this systemtime for application process will be reduced and students whoare located geographically can fill admissions forms. Cost oftraveling for students will be reduced; man power for university

will be reduced.

This procedure is called as centralized admissionprocess where there is no use of paper admissions. Some ofthe other features of this application are universities cancombine with other educational institutions and provideoperational efficiency. This software application will work onboth internal and external sync procedure and the job will becompleted in time and it is also possible to integrate othereducational agencies if agreed upon common data format.

Propose system-

(1).This is a web application intended to provide automatedsolution to students and also for colleges.(2).The first page of this web aaplication started with typingwww.vbspuonline.netin the internet browser.

(3). After going at the homepagewe interact with an interface.

(4). From here every step going forward.

(5).There are various entities other than the Data EntryOperator such as Supervisor, Problem-solver.

Statement about the problem-

The Supervisor assigns

problem/complaint to the Problem-solver on his/her user-id.

The Supervisor will check each lodged problem/complaint.

Supervisor can reopen, reassign, close the call and keep the

records of reopened, reassigned data with Date and Time. He

will be able to locate all logged data. He generates various

reports. Finally Supervisor has the following informations: -

What problem assigned to whom i.e. problem-solver.

Student and college details.

Problem details.

What action taken in a particular problem/complaint.

Call is solved or not and by whom.

Who logged out?

At the time of final closing check information send or not

to the customer.

Status from solved to close.

The Problem-solver solves the problem/complaint

assigned to him by the Supervisor. He sends solved

information to the customer on his email_id and

changes the status from unsolved to solved.

(7) The system provides various online reports for the

concerned senior officers of main office that helps in decision-

making.

Objective of Project-

The objectives of developing the project are as given below: -

(1)To store data of all the students and colleges who are

registered in the university.

(2)To solve the students and college problem in time

efficient manner.

(3) To facilitate easy and efficient retrieval of data as andwhen required for study by the senior officials.

(4) To generate and print out the various reports. The online

MIS reports are generated for the concerned senior officers of

mascot to monitor the progress of complaint attendance.

(5) As the problems on part of customers can be regarding

enhancement of the services, thus it will help in the tracking the

data and after studying the various problems with each data,

the company can upgrade its quality of services.

(6) The trackingof previous students data can also make the

university aware of the changing needs of the university.

(7) Data security is maintained to relatively high level by

implementing it at Database level, so as to ensure that only

authorized users have access to confidential client information.

should work effectively in tremendous rush. Thesystem must give the

perfect calculation and perfect results inkind of damn situation. The

Particular result must be listed in tothe particular user only; there

should not be any kind of dataintegrity or other problem between

Administrator, Faculty andStudent.

Flexibility-System is working easily on the Intranet with theusername andpassword of the user. The Institute has given therights to thestaff and the students to use the system with their username.The system can also work on other kind of technology with thelittle modification. System should be quiteflexible to install andmaintain.

Efficiency-System should be efficient enough to meet all kindsof requirements as required by the Administrator, FacultyandStudent. The system should not hang or lose its efficiencyinany kind of worse conditions. It should provide thecorrectoutput in all manners.

The development of software includes so many people like user
