Friction Optimized Lubricants for the Lubrication of Machines and Processing Plants in the Wood Industry
Shorter through-put times, faster and more precise processes and more complex
production procedures increasingly demand significantly improved high-performance
lubricants. Today, low fuel and energy consumption, long lifecycles and optimized energy efficiency play
an ever increasing part in modern manufacturing. LUBCON assists you all around the world in selecting appropri-
ate lubricants and their availability.
LUBCON products are used at lumber yards, in further processing steps through to the manufacture of furniture
and other finished products. Especially with the production of MDF, PB, CB or even the associated lamination and
surface treatment, higher pressures and temperatures are achievable whilst reducing energy consumption (CPS)
through the use of LUBCON's specialized products.
Based on special high-speed greases with a potential speed of 3 million ndm, it is possible to open up new process-
ing opportunities of surfaces and edges thereby achieving faster through-put times and higher lot sizes. New
technologies such as thermally stable products (> 300°C) are used in compression plants and presses. Moreover,
all products come with optimized friction significantly reducing driving power and electricity consumption.
