Our aim is to design a smart home control system which allow people to control their home devices through android app. People could control almost all the facilities at home including lights, fans, even back ground music or moon light effect. Home security will incorporated along with wireless controls and android application . The system is quick enough for respond all the commands.

The architecture, combined with five low-power modes, is optimized to achieve extended battery life in portable measurement applications. The device features a powerful 16-bit RISC CPU, 16-bit registers, and constant generators that contribute to maximum code efficiency.

Relay Relays are used where it is necessary to control a

circuit by a low-power signal (with complete electrical isolation between control and controlled circuits), or where several circuits must be controlled by one signal.

For a relay to operate a suitable pull-in & holding current should be passed through its coil. Generally relay coils are designed to operate from a particular voltage often its 5V or 12V.

Bluetooth is a wireless technology standard for exchanging data over short distances from fixed and mobile devices.

Bluetooth exists in many products, such as telephones, tablets, media players, robotics systems, handheld, laptops and console gaming equipment, modems, and watches. The technology is useful when transferring information between two or more devices that are near each other in low-bandwidth situations.

A passive infrared sensor (PIR sensor) is an electronic sensor that measures infrared (IR) light radiating from objects in its field of view. They are most often used in PIR-based motion detectors.

A PIR-based motion detector is used to sense movement of people, animals, or other objects. They are commonly used in burglar alarms and automatically-activated lighting systems. They are commonly called simply "PIR", or sometimes "PID", for "passive infrared detector".

adjusted. Detecting distance is up to 7m. Suitable for the field of security, automation

control etc.

A buzzer or beeper is an audio signaling device, which may be mechanical, electromechanical, or piezoelectric. Typical uses of buzzers and beepers include alarm devices, timers and confirmation of user input such as a mouse click or keystroke.

 Piezoceramic is class of material which is widely used to make piezo buzzer. When subjected to an alternating electric field they stretch or compress, in accordance with the frequency of the signal thereby producing sound.

A real-time clock (RTC) is a computer clock (most often in the form of an integrated circuit) that keeps track of the current time. Although the term often refers to the devices in personal computers, servers and embedded systems.

RTCs are present in almost any electronic device which needs to keep accurate time.

The M41T01 is a low-power serial real-time clock (RTC). The built-in 32.768 kHz oscillator circuit works with an external crystal and does not need any load capacitors. The M41T01 clock has a built-in power sense

circuit which detects power failures and automatically switches to the battery supply during power failures

This project can be extended further to make it as voice based control system in which all the home devices will be controlled by voice command.

In our smart home automation, it is used to improve people way of living by simplifying many work at home just by tapping on android application. Thus our project is an ultimate solution for better lifestyle and also saves energy which is major concern nowadays in the world. Through this project we are saving manual efforts and also saves energy at some extent.
