$10,000 AP Loyalty Club bonus is no jokeWhen S Smith, of Caloundra, Queensland, received a call to say she’d won Endeavour’s #354 Prize Home $10,000 Automatic Purchase Loyalty Club draw, she thought it was a workmate playing a prank.

“I had to check Endeavour’s Prize Home website to make sure it was real,” she said.

While she didn’t win the lottery’s Prize Home (see above for lottery

results), Mrs Smith is thrilled with her $10,000 bonus, which she has used to clear debt and go on a well-deserved shopping spree.

Mrs Smith said the win is further incentive for her to claim the ultimate prize.

“I’ve always had a feeling I’d win the home – I’m even more determined now,” she said.

Life’s a playground for Biloela family

Like all parents, Kerry-Anne and Darren Collins of Biloela are kept very busy raising their four beautiful children. Life is a challenge for all young families and Kerry-Anne and Darren have two sons, Harper, 7, and Felix, 4, with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. Harper and Felix’s disorder means that mum and dad are kept very busy and siblings Stevie, 6, and Isabella, 2, might sometimes miss out on one-on-one time.

Endeavour’s centre-based respite provides an opportunity for the whole family to take a break from their full-time caring role.

When at the respite, which provides 24-hour individualised support, visits to a local purpose-built playground are a big attraction for Felix and Harper – and Stevie thinks it’s pretty cool too.

The Biloela Respite Service is available for children and adults with a disability and provides carers with a break from their caring role for short periods of time.
