EO #20-92 to amend EO #20-91, Section 4, to state EO #20-91 supersedes any conflicting official action or order issued by local officials in response to COVID-19.

• New EO #20-93 directs the Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) and other executive agencies to take necessary actions to improve DEO’s Reemployment Assistance Program.

• New EO #20-94 provides targeted, temporary relief from certain mortgage foreclosures and evictions for 45 days, without relieving an individual’s obligation to make mortgage payments and rent payments.

• Out of all of the Florida tests with results returned, 11% of individuals have been found positive for COVID-19.

Executive Order #20-91 which is effective April 3-April 30. This EO outlines that residents are safer at home, and states senior citizens and individuals with underlying medical conditions shall stay at home and take all measures to limit potential exposure.

• All Floridians shall limit their movements and personal interactions outside their home to only those necessary to obtain or provide essential services or conduct essential activities.

• Residents and businesses are encouraged to review the list of essential workers at floridadisaster.org

• Businesses are encouraged to provide delivery, carry-out, or curbside service to the greatest extent possible.

Resource RequestsPersonal protective equipment was delivered to almost all partners, except 3 facilities who were closed. Small allocation for public safety partners arrived today and will be delivered tomorrow. We have not received sanitizer or wipes from the State.
