reporting and contract management

systems together with PDA/GPRS technology to ensure that information from site is received in the

shortest time possible, enabling us to keep you updated of the current status of your lifts at all

times.In addition, a web‐based portal is also available to our contract customers making the transmission

of information even more efficient.

Regular maintenance and servicing not only ensuresthe safety of lift users and the reliability of theequipment, it also enhances its life expectancy,protecting your investment.

We are able to maintain and repair any type of liftregardless of manufacturer, and continually re‐investin our staff to ensure that technical knowledge andexpertise is kept up to date.

We offer several contract options, based on thecondition, age and usage of the lifts, which meansthat your cover will always be perfectly matched toyour requirements and budget.

In the event of lift breakdown or emergency, weoperate a callout desk which is staffed 24 hours aday, ensuring a prompt response from our highlytrained team of engineers who are dedicated togetting you moving again as quickly as possible.


Reporting & Information:Full technical condition surveys and reports at the start of every contract andthereafter at regular intervals.

Our purpose designed computerised system (RealTime) gives full visibility of every detail, and rapid contact via PDA with our site engineers,

enabling us to ensure that you are always fully informed of the status of your lift.

Phased Planned Maintenance:Our maintenance is carried out to a specific planned phased system, ensuring

full coverage of every part of the equipment to enhance safety and reliability.

Our on site log‐card provides a full record of maintenance visits and phases

carried out.

Reactive Maintenance & Callout:Our callout desk is staffed 24 Hours a day, 365 days a year, ensuring that our

engineers are on hand when you need us most.

Technical Expertise:Our engineers are NVQ qualified and trained across equipment from all

manufacturers.

Additionally our technician staff are on hand to provide comprehensive

technical back‐up.
