In October 2010, Lexmark International, Inc. introduced the new Lexmark X792 Series of color laser multifunction products (MFPs). This new series combines fast, high-quality color printing, copying, faxing and scanning, all in one multifunction color workhorse. BERTL recently tested the Lexmark X792de Color Laser MFP, which has a rated print speed of up to 50 ppm for both color and monochrome. Maximum monthly duty cycle is 150,000 pages and a monthly recommended page volume with a range of 2,500 to 17,000 pages. The device features a standard paper capacity of 650 pages, but with optional paper handling options the paper capacity can be expanded to 2,650 pages.

Models in this series are available in six configurations and sold exclusively through Lexmark authorized providers and direct marketing resellers in the United States and Canada.
