This certification program is uniquely different from the various programs which the student leaders across Singapore are involved in. Recognizing that young people can effect positive changes in society, the program provides a platform to guide the young people to voice their opinions and ideas and implement solutions to issues under the guidance of mentors from UNIFEM and Youth’s Leader Singapore.

Designed for the age group between 14-18yrs, the program enables our local students to become national or global ambassadors by building evidence-base education
