Reagan was convinced that he had two main purposes during his time as president - well one can agree or disagree with him, but one thing is pretty clear: From the moment he took over, everybody knew what the overall goals of that government were. Grundfos do not have a burning platform – and we will probably never end up having such – how can we ensure necessary open minded employees and motivation for changes? Our burning platform is more external factors that can serve as motivation – more values, and the ambition to do the right things and impact the world max…..

The first is about our concern about the changing climate and the pressure on the environment. The second is about the needs of a growing and increasingly wealthy populations in the fast growing economies. The third challenge is about creating solutions – products, services, offerings – the world has never seen before The three leaves are all giving life to the same branch

We need to master different types of innovation in order to play the full innovation piano and realise our Innovation Intent. We distinguish between 3 types of innovation; radical, evolutionary and incremental (all operating with different degrees of uncertainty) Radical innovation To realise the 2025 dream, the Innovation Intent calls for a radical type of innovation to generate new business. Ex. The business model behind Grundfos LIFELINK Evolutionary innovation Next generation products and new business models for acceleration of growth. Ex.
