Founded in 2007, the company was initially focusing on residential properties air conditioning installation until 01 June 2009 when Kulani was awarded an air conditioning maintenance contract to service package units of Metropolitan Building in Braamfontein. With a BBBEE rating level 1 (Black Owned), suitable employment equity status and compliancy to South Africa safety standards our clients are confident to engage with a company that moves forward as a united and holistic team with its employees.
The business grew from residential property air conditioning installation to services and maintenance of air conditioning in commercial properties, retail properties, Industrial properties, shopping malls, industrial and any building that needs air conditioning maintenance. As a top-quality air conditioning services driven company, Kulani consultants invest time in understanding the client's environment to offer accurate, expert advice gained from extensive technical training and 19 collective years of industry experience.
The experienced technical team assesses clients' needs before designing the most suitable and cost-effective climate control system. Kulani serves as an independent contractor and service provider, focusing exclusively on supplying customers with comprehensive systems and services to meet the specific needs of their individual operating requirements. Kulani was awarded air conditioning maintenance and services in Pretoria for Statistics South Africa and Phumlani Mall in Olifantsfontein in 2012-2013.
Kulani was awarded a contract for air-conditioning maintenance and services for Metropolitan Health Group buildings based in Braamfontein during 2009 until 2011.
Kulani was awarded a project to do Installation of 15 Mid-wall air conditioning for Clicks in Highlands Mews situated in Witbank 2012.
Kulani was awarded project to repair air conditioning units in Montana Crossing Mall and North Park Mall in Pretoria North.
Kulani was awarded a project to do air conditioning installation of 95 new air-conditioning units for 1 five stories and 1 seven stories buildings owned by Rezsolution Properties situated in 18 Leslie road in Vereeniging and 54 Woburn road in Benoni.
