The Phase-I of the project started in the mid 2007 and the possession of all the 160 flats in a S+10 structure had been offered by the company in the 1st quarter of 2011. The Phase-II of Krish Vatika consisting 244 flats was launched during the mid of 2011 even possession has already started. Krish City I: The Group came out with its 2nd project, Krish City which was in the affordable segment. The project consisted of around 540 flats. The possessions of the same have already been offered. Almost 100 Families are residing in the society. Krish City Phase II: The project is spread over approx. 72500 sq. mtr. of land in proximity with and in continuation of one of the most successful projects executed by the Group, KRISH CITY. Construction of the same is in full swing. Krish Mall: After making its mark in the residential segment, the Group has also come up with a Commercial Project close to the Village Tapukara. The project is almost ready for possession Krish City Heights: It is in Pre- launching stage. The project consist of multi-storey apartments.
