What is knowledge ?

Knowledge is defined by the Oxford English Dictionary as (i) expertise, and skills acquired by a person through experience or education; the theoretical or practical understanding of a subject, (ii) what is known in a particular field or in total; facts and information or (iii) awareness or familiarity gained by experience of a fact or situation.

Event Management Tools (for OC): Masterplan related to each specific area

(transportation, …) Capture knowledge before, during and after event Content: daily management processes to be updated

by project managers or other key people of the OC Secured access (login), only for current OC or

next OC (= virtual observer) Database of the last Event OC (past masterplans and

docs) Comparing with previous OC

Help the Knowledge transfer between the OC within the same sport organisation / event
