The concept called “Creative Leadership” is gaining maximum ground in the modern competent world wheather it is business, politics, sports, education or service sec-tor. Besides all these arenas we emphatically focus on art and culture, because for us everybody is an artist in his own way. There seems to be a widespread belief that Creative Leadership is a must thing in any walk of life. The Indian Institute for Crea-tive Leadership is the brainchild of such a positive and ambitious thinking. We want to thrust creative professionalism in every mode of life.

We focus on developing and using creative leadership in the face of complex chal-lenges. Complex challenges are situations or contexts that defy existing approaches or solutions. They need to be addressed with a creative frame of mind. It demands rational skills such as planning, analyzing and decision making. Our aim is to provide any individual with ample exposure to develop creative leadership competencies through professional workshops and meticulous interactive sessions.

Indian Institute of Creative Leadership (IICL) has conducted six days of state level workshop on career plus life skill development programme for the students of kalabharathi from 10th -13th and 19th, 20th May 2012 at Kalabharathi Campus, Thrissur.
