Jamaica Juniors Join in on Success – An Overview

Jamaica Juniors Football Camp was established last year to help develop and improve the all-round abilities of young footballers. Parents appreciated the effort that was placed on teaching youngsters different skills in football and life. 2004 sponsors included; Digicel, Nestle and Sports Gear just to name a few.

Purpose

To partner with Supreme Ventures to develop and professionalize the sport of Football, starting with the youngest

To teach, expose, and develop youth in the game of football in an organized fun-filled Supreme Ventures environment

To afford all children the opportunity to develop their athletic abilities

Camp Aims & Objectives

To develop the basic skills of passing, kicking, heading, controlling, shielding, tackling etc.

To expose the roles and different components of the game-the function of the coach, manager, trainer, auxiliary staff, referee

To tranfer theoretical concepts unto the field of play

To extract hidden talents and to develop the particular skills identified within each participant.

Introduction to the laws of the game.

Development of mental and physical preparation.
