Ms. Alfaro unveiled the Corporate Theme: Rethink & Revolutionize –48 at 28 in 2008 with a graphic powerpointpresentation of its details, expectations and requirements.

The new hires were introduced by Personnel Manager, Ruby Madrasto. They gamely showcased their talents with the traditional presentation of new hires. With quite a number of new hires for 2007, they managed to come up with a presentation by division/department. Adjudged winners by judges Mari Cuervo, Chato Alfaro and Atty. Gregorio were Finance & Admin Div. –1st place; ME –2nd place; CE –3rd place, with Marketing Division and Project Management Dept. awarded consolation prizes.

Raffle prizes from various suppliers, including those generously added by Vice Chairman Mari Cuervo, were distributed during the entire duration of the event. Lady Luck was on the side of our Cebu staff during the night with a majority of them managing to bring home a prize led by Cebu Branch Manager Allan Aquino winning CAI’s grand cash prize of P3,000. The 2nd and 3rd cash prizes both went to our Draftsmen, newcomer Romert Bobadilla and Lu Omalin, respectively.

To spice up the night, Mr. Mari Cuervo awarded P500 to each participating employee who can garner 95 points and above in the videoke singing contest. P1,000 was given to those who scored a perfect 100 with defending champion from last year, Prof Jun Gozon, retaining his crown.

Vice Chairman Mari Cuervo capped the event with his Christmas/Year-end message thanking everyone for his loyalty and encouraging them to continuously work in unity for the Company which will eventually redound for their benefits.
