Financial Highlights – As at June 2015

• Other income was driven by strong contribution from transaction fees despite the decrease from

treasury

• Provisions decreased mainly due to the reduction in loan loss provisions

• In Q1-FY15, exceptional item refers to reversal of excess depreciation charged till March 31, 2014

(net of taxes) due to change in depreciation method from WDV to SLM
