Research proves that radio regularly reaches consumers within two hours of their largest purchase of the day. Can there be a better time to reach your potential customers than on their car radio while they are driving to today's shopping? They are already in a mind frame to purchase.

Unless you're having a special event, TOMA (top-of-mind awareness) advertising yields the greatest long-term benefits.

 Not everyone may need your products or services right now so advertising for a short period of time may not produce your desired results.

 Reminding a large group of consumers who you are and what you have to offer them over and over is the most beneficial approach. The goal is that when our listeners do need your products and or services, YOU will be in the top of their mind. (Thus creating top-of-mind awareness)

How long does it take for advertising to begin working?This all depends on what you are selling and the offer you're making; Tell people to visit you for a free $20.00 bill and you'll have a traffic jam outside your business. Otherwise advertising is similar to pushing a car. It's tough at first, but the more you push, the easier it gets. Soon enough you can move the car along with minimum effort. Stick with your plan and you will create momentum, which will provide you with a healthy return on your investment.
