    iNVent 2 Intelligent Natural Ventilation Control

    The Monodraught iNVent 2 system is a Natural Ventilation management system for up to 4 zones, each consisting of up to 3 Natural Ventilation systems. It utilises seasonally adjusted proportional control based on internal temperature and CO2. With configurable sensor, strategy, and actuator mapping via USB, as well as built in data logging, the iNVent 2 system can control Natural Ventilation systems to suit any building application.

    • Supports all Monodraught Natural Ventilation products • Real-Time Clock • LCD screen • 60W PSU • Automatically resets if power is interrupted using watchdog timer • Seasonal control strategy, influenced by internal and external temperatures, as well as CO2 levels • Individually fused (resettable) 24V zone supplies • Built-In data logging

    • Master volt-free I/O can be distributed between multiple panels • BACnet visible with optional BACnet module • RS485 communication bus • USB access for configuration and monitoring • Configurable sensor, strategy and actuator mapping • External cooling and heating zone control • Fully backwards compatible with iNVent

    decentralised location within the building, close to the zones it is controlling, like a storage cupboard, plant room or above a suspended ceiling

    Rain Sensor Closes windows and protects against rain

    Prevents the system from cooling spaces when

    heating is on Fire Alarm (optional)

    Closes sources of ventilation in response to a fire alarm input to

    restrict the spread of fire

    Fault Signal (optional) A volt-free contact which when open indicates a fault has occurred

    Smoke Vent (optional) Opens specially configured smoke ventilation airways to help keep escape routes clear of smoke and to aid evacuation in event of a fire

    External Temperature Used to adjust the seasonal strategy and protect ventilation systems against snow/ frost

    Fire Key Switch (optional) Allows fire officers to override the system to open or close ventilation systems if necessary

    4 BMS 0 - 10V Inputs • Allows a BMS system to share sensor data

    with an iNVent 2 panel. This allows hybrid ventilation systems to share the same sensor readings, allowing highly accurate interlinking of cooling and heating systems

    4 BMS 0 - 10V Outputs • Used to send analogue signals to a BMS

    system in order to share sensor data or control information. This allows the BMS to operate on the same information as iNVent 2
