Incorporate the green requirements and specifications into construction documents

Monitor contractor deliverables periodically

Submit 1st documentation set to IGBC for review (approx. 1 month before commissioning of factory)

Review reply from IGBC (45 days from 1st submission)

Reply back to IGBC with clarifications (20-30 days)

Award of certification from IGBC (30 days from 2nd submission)
